Olive Garden Salad Dressing

Olive Garden Salad Dressing replicates the creamy, tangy dressing used on the restaurant’s signature salad. Made with olive oil, mayonnaise, white vinegar, sugar, Italian seasoning, onion and garlic powders, grated Parmesan cheese, and seasoned with salt and pepper, it offers a balanced savory and slightly sweet flavor with herbal notes.

Description

This dressing is prepared by whisking or shaking together all ingredients until fully combined. The mayonnaise and Parmesan add creamy body, while white vinegar provides acidity to balance the oil and sugar. Italian seasoning, onion powder, and garlic powder bring herbaceous and savory depth.

It is recommended to store the dressing in the refrigerator in a sealed container, as separation naturally occurs. Shaking or stirring before use recombines the ingredients. The dressing is suitable for drizzling over greens or using as a dip.

The recipe yields about three-quarters of a cup, enough for one or two large salads or several smaller servings. Adjustments to vinegar or sugar can tailor the taste to preference.
