Ingredients
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 lb chicken breasts cut into 1 inch pieces
- 1 cup buffalo sauce divided
- 20 oz refrigerated cheese tortellini
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp kosher salt
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 2 oz cream cheese cubed
- ½ cup cheddar cheese shredded
Instructions
- Add the butter to a large skillet over medium heat.
- Toss the cubed chicken with ½ cup buffalo sauce.
- Once the butter is melted, add the chicken to the skillet.
- Cook 4-5 minutes, then add the tortellini to the skillet with the paprika, garlic powder and salt.
- Pour the remaining ½ cup buffalo sauce and chicken broth into the skillet and bring to a boil.
- Cover, reduce heat and simmer 7-8 minutes.
- Remove the lid and add the cream cheese and cheddar cheese.
- Stir to combine, and allow the cheese to melt in for 3-4 minutes.
