One-Pot Cheesy Garlic Chicken Spaghetti

One-Pot Cheesy Garlic Chicken Spaghetti features tender grilled chicken and spaghetti cooked in chicken stock and milk, flavored with sautéed garlic and finished with melted Monterey Jack cheese. This all-in-one skillet dish delivers creamy texture and rich, garlicky taste with minimal cleanup.

Description

This recipe begins by lightly browning minced garlic in butter to develop its aroma without burning. Then chicken stock and milk are combined as the cooking liquid for the spaghetti, which is cooked directly in the skillet until tender and most liquid is absorbed. Slices of prepared grilled chicken are stirred in at the end to warm through without overcooking.

The addition of Monterey Jack cheese creates a creamy, smooth sauce that coats the spaghetti strands, complementing the garlic and chicken flavors. Cooking everything in one pot keeps the spaghetti moist and infused with savory notes from the broth and butter.

This dish works well as a comforting, simple dinner for two or more. Its creamy texture and garlic undertones pair nicely with a green salad or steamed vegetables. The one-pot method speeds preparation and eases cleanup.

  2. Stir in chicken broth, milk, and Barilla Pronto Spaghetti and increase heat to high. Cook, stirring occasionally, until pasta is cooked and most of the liquid is absorbed.
  3. Stir in the cheese and the frozen chicken. Allow to cook for a couple minutes more until chicken is thawed and warm. Serve and enjoy!
