Ingredients
- 2 teaspoon canola oil
- 6 ounces andouille sausage
- 1 medium onion chopped
- 2 talks celery chopped
- 1 green bell pepper seeds removed and chopped
- 2 garlic minced, cloves
- 1 cup wild rice uncooked
- 1 cup water
- ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 6 prigs thyme fresh
- 14 ounce can chicken broth lower sodium
- 14 ounce can fire roasted tomatoes
- 1 cup chicken rotisserie chicken works great!, shredded
