Ingredients
- 1 stick of unsalted butter softened to room temperature
- 2 tbsp orange blossom honey or plain will work great too
- Zest from 1 orange
- 1 tbsp freshly squeezed orange juice
Instructions
- With a hand mixer, beat the softened butter together with the honey, orange zest, and orange juice until creamy and fluffy.
- Spoon into a glass jar and store sealed tightly in the refrigerator.
- Spread on toast, pancakes, crepes, French toast, waffles, scones, quick bread, or muffins. Enjoy.
