Orange Salmon Recipe

The Orange Salmon Recipe features salmon fillets marinated in a mix of orange juice, honey, soy sauce, olive oil, garlic, and ginger. The salmon is grilled to retain moisture and infused with a balance of citrus sweetness and savory notes. This method results in tender, flavorful salmon with a subtly glazed finish.

Description

In this Orange Salmon Recipe, salmon fillets are marinated in a blend of fresh orange juice, honey, low-sodium soy sauce, olive oil, minced garlic, and ground ginger. The marinade introduces a subtle sweetness and bright citrus character combined with savory and aromatic undertones. Marinating for 20 minutes to an hour allows flavors to penetrate the fish without overpowering its natural taste.

After marination, the salmon is grilled or cooked on a grill pan over medium heat. The process involves cooking each side for 2 to 5 minutes depending on thickness, creating a slightly caramelized surface while keeping the interior moist and tender. Resting the salmon briefly before serving helps retain its juices.

This salmon is suitable as a main course aligned with light sides such as vegetables or rice, offering a flavorful but balanced seafood option. The method highlights fresh ingredients and straightforward technique.
