Ingredients
- 1 cup ice
- ¼ cup heavy cream you can also use half & half or milk
- ¾ cup vanilla bean ice cream Breyers, Haagen Daz or your favorite brand
- 3 tablespoons mini chocolate chips
- 4 Oreo cookies
- ¼ cup espresso cooled, optional
Garnish
- Whipped Cream
- Oreo cookies crushed, more
- chocolate sauce
Instructions
- Get out and measure your ingredients.
- Using a high-speed blender add your ice.
- Add ice cream.
- Add heavy cream.
- Add vanilla.
- Blend until smooth.
- Next, add the mini chocolate chips and Oreos.
- Add the espresso shot if using.
- Blend.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Garnish with whipped cream, crushed Oreos, and chocolate sauce if desired!
- Serve immediately and enjoy every sip!
