- 4 chicken breasts , bone-in and skin on
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon coarse ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Season chicken with salt, pepper and vegetable oil and place in baking pan.
- Cook chicken for 30-35 minutes until the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 165 degrees.
