Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 lb Frozen Chicken Breasts boneless, skinless
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375F and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the olive oil, seasonings, salt and black pepper.
- Add the chicken to the baking sheet in a single layer and drizzle the marinade over the tops of the chicken, making sure to coat each piece.
- Bake for 35 to 45 minutes, flipping halfway through or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165F.
