Oven Buffalo Chicken Dip

Oven Buffalo Chicken Dip is a creamy, spicy appetizer combining shredded cooked chicken with cream cheese, buffalo sauce, ranch dressing, and shredded cheddar cheese baked until hot and bubbly. The dip offers rich, tangy, and mildly spicy flavors perfect for pairing with chips, crackers, or fresh vegetables, making it suitable for game days or casual gatherings.

Description

This dip mixes tender shredded chicken with smooth cream cheese and a bold buffalo sauce for spicy heat. Ranch dressing adds a cooling, creamy component to balance the spice, while a large portion of cheddar cheese incorporated in and sprinkled atop the mixture melts during baking for a gooey, cheesy finish. Baking at 350°F encourages melding of flavors and creates a bubbling texture with melted cheese crust.

Served warm, this dip pairs well with crunchy dippers like chips, crackers, or vegetable sticks. The dish is straightforward to make, relying on simple mixing and baking without complicated steps or long preparation. The texture is rich and creamy with chunks of chicken throughout.
