Oven Nachos

Oven Nachos are made by layering sturdy tortilla chips with grilled chicken pieces, black beans, and shredded cheddar cheese, then baking until the cheese melts. Afterward, diced tomatoes and sliced green onions are added fresh, and the dish is served alongside sour cream, guacamole, and red salsa for dipping.

Description

The recipe builds on a base of crunchy tortilla chips arranged on a baking sheet, topped with half the shredded cheddar cheese for a cheesy foundation. Grilled chicken pieces and rinsed black beans are distributed evenly, followed by the remaining cheese to create a melty top layer. Baking at 350°F melts the cheese and warms the toppings.

Once baked, freshly diced tomatoes and sliced green onions add brightness and fresh texture. Serving the nachos with side portions of sour cream, guacamole, and red salsa allows for customizable garnishing and dipping.

This straightforward method yields a shareable snack or casual meal with a balance of crisp chips, tender chicken, creamy cheese, and fresh toppings.
