Ingredients

  • 14 oz smoked turkey sausage
  • 1 lb potato mini
  • 3 Tablespoons olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 450.
  2. Use a knife and cutting board to slice the sausage into ¼" thick slices. Then, dice the potatoes into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Add the oil, salt and pepper to a large bowl, stirring to combine. Add the sliced sausage and diced potatoes, stirring to combine again.
  4. Spread the seasoned sausage and potatoes onto a greased sheet pan. Bake at 450 for 30 minutes, stirring halfway through.
