Ingredients
- 1 cup old fashioned oats
- 1 cup milk
- ½ cup PLAIN yogurt
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon honey
- pinch of cinnamon
- 3 (8-ounce) jars with lids
Instructions
- In a medium-sized bowl, combine the 1 cup old fashioned oats, 1 cup milk, ½ cup plain yogurt, 1 tablespoon chia seeds, 1 tablespoon honey, and a pinch of cinnamon.
- Pour into the 3 (8-ounce) jars with lids and seal with lids. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours or overnight.
- Top with desired toppings or mix-ins.
