  • ½ banana, diced
  • 1 tablespoon peanuts, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon toasted pecans, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon bittersweet chocolate, chopped
  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract, optional
