Pan Fried Pork Chops

Pan Fried Pork Chops are boneless pork chops coated in a seasoned mixture of almond flour and Parmesan cheese, then pan-fried in olive oil and butter until golden and cooked to safe internal temperature. The coating adds flavor and creates a light crust that contrasts with the tender pork inside.

Description

This recipe uses a breading blend of almond flour, grated Parmesan cheese, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper to season the surface of each pork chop. After dipping in beaten egg to help adherence, the pork chops are coated evenly with the breading mix.

The chops are cooked in a hot skillet with olive oil and butter, frying a few minutes per side until the pork reaches an internal temperature of 145°F, ensuring juiciness and safety. The combination of the nutty almond flour and savory Parmesan develops a textured, flavorful crust while keeping the interior moist.

This dish can be served alongside vegetables or salads for a protein-centered meal. The use of almond flour provides a low-carb alternative to traditional breadcrumbs, and the cooking method promotes a crispy exterior without deep frying.
