Add some fun to your mornings with this super cute pancake cereal recipe. Inspired by the popular Tik Tok trend, these mini pancakes are easy to make and so fun to serve. Kids of all ages love these!

Ingredients
- 1 cup flour all-purpose or gluten-free
- 1 Tablespoon baking powder
- ¾ cup milk regular or dairy-free
- 2 tablespoons agave syrup
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour and baking powder.
- Slowly, pour in the milk while constantly mixing the batter until it’s smooth. Stir in the agave syrup and mix until well combined.
- Transfer the batter into a squeeze bottle.
- Heat 1 tablespoon coconut oil into a skillet over medium heat. Squeeze a small amount of the batter to the hot skillet and form mini pancakes of your desired size. Once you start seeing bubbles on top, flip the pancake cereal over and cook on the other side.
- Transfer cooked mini pancakes to bowls. Top with your favorite toppings (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, chocolate chips and a drizzle of agave syrup).
Notes
- You can make the pancake batter the night before and keep it covered in the fridge.
- Make sure that your skillet is heated before adding the pancake mix. It shouldn't be too hot though or the outsides will burn.
- Make a test pancake first to make sure that your skillet is at the right temperature.
- Flip the pancakes when you start to see bubbles form on the top of the batter.
- You can also make pancake cereal with a store bought mix.
