Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp red onion (chopped)
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 2 avocado diced, medium hass
  • 2 cups papaya (diced)
  • 2 tbsp cilantro chopped
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl combine onion, lime juice and salt.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine avocados, papaya, and cilantro.
  3. Toss with lime juice and onions and serve immediately.
