A fruity variation on lemonade, with a dash of herbs - refreshing (and a great base for a cocktail, too).

Ingredients
- ½ cup papaya quantity with skin and seeds removed, chunks
- ¼ cup lemon juice (approx 1 lemon)
- ¾ cup water
- 2 tems cilantro leaves only, or coriander
- 2 teaspoon honey (or more to taste)
Instructions
- Put everything in the blender and blend until combined - you may need to stir a little after by hand to ensure the honey is mixed through rather than sinking to the bottom.
- Serve over ice and enjoy.
