  • 1/3 cup Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 cup Italian bread crumbs
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste
  • 4 chicken breast boneless, skinless, halves
  • 1/2 cup butter melted
  • paprika

Instructions

  1. Combine Parmesan cheese with breadcrumbs and salt & pepper on a plate or in a shallow dish, set aside.
  2. Season each chicken breast with a little sprinkle of salt (to taste) and dip in melted butter. Roll in crumb mixture until completely coated.
  3. Place in baking dish and sprinkle generously with paprika.
  4. Bake uncovered for 30-35 minutes @ 375 degrees - Do not overcook!

Notes

  • For even cooking, pound thicker chicken breasts to about one inch thickness before coating.
  • Panko breadcrumbs mixed with Italian seasoning can be substituted for Italian bread crumbs.
