Parmesan Garlic Baked Chicken Wings

Parmesan Garlic Baked Chicken Wings feature crispy wings seasoned with garlic powder, salt, and pepper, then coated with a mixture of freshly grated Parmesan, chopped parsley, and red pepper flakes after baking. The wings develop a crunchy exterior with bold savory and slightly spicy flavor, enhanced by the fresh herb and cheese coating. This preparation method avoids frying and delivers a flavorful bite.

Description

This recipe starts by seasoning chicken wings generously with salt, pepper, and garlic powder before baking them at a high temperature to crisp the skin over 40 to 45 minutes. Meanwhile, a topping mix of grated Parmesan cheese, fresh chopped parsley, red pepper flakes, additional garlic powder, and salt is prepared to add flavor contrast and freshness.

After baking, the hot wings are tossed immediately in the cheese and herb mixture, allowing it to cling to the warm surface for a savory, cheesy coating with hints of heat from red pepper flakes. The wings offer a crisp texture with a rich garlic and Parmesan flavor profile, complemented by the brightness of parsley.

These wings serve well as an appetizer or part of a casual meal, pairing nicely with dips or salads.
