PB&J Meal Prep

The PB&J Meal Prep recipe composes classic peanut butter and jelly sandwiches with crusts removed and cut into quarters, paired with cheese sticks, baby carrots, celery, and ranch dip. This assembled meal offers a balanced combination of sweet and savory elements with fresh vegetables, ideal for packing lunches or quick meals.

Description

Start by spreading peanut butter on one slice of whole wheat bread and jelly on another, then sandwiching the two and trimming off the crusts. The sandwiches are cut into smaller pieces for easy eating. In containers, the prepared sandwiches are combined with cheese sticks, baby carrots, celery sticks, and ranch dip, providing protein, vegetables, and a creamy dip to round out the meal.

This meal prep is practical for portion control and simple lunches, incorporating familiar and straightforward ingredients. It keeps components separate for freshness and offers variety without complex preparation.
