This peach and banana green smoothie with hemp seeds and baby spinach is a quick and nutritious breakfast without having to cook a thing!

  • 1 banana frozen
  • 1 baby spinach packed cup
  • 2 peach pitted (2/3 cup, large or 4 small, fresh, ripe, sweet
  • 2 tbsp hemp seed shelled, raw
  • 1 3/4 cups almond milk unsweetened
  • 1 cup ice
  • sweetener (to taste (I used a few drops of Nu-Naturals liquid stevia))

Instructions

  1. Combine all the ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth, adjust sweetener to your taste.
