This peach and banana green smoothie with hemp seeds and baby spinach is a quick and nutritious breakfast without having to cook a thing!

Ingredients
- 1 banana frozen
- 1 baby spinach packed cup
- 2 peach pitted (2/3 cup, large or 4 small, fresh, ripe, sweet
- 2 tbsp hemp seed shelled, raw
- 1 3/4 cups almond milk unsweetened
- 1 cup ice
- sweetener (to taste (I used a few drops of Nu-Naturals liquid stevia))
Instructions
- Combine all the ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth, adjust sweetener to your taste.
