Ingredients
- 4 peaches can be fresh or frozen, peeled or not
- 1/4 cup sugar optional but recommended
- 1/4 cup water for blending
- 1 bottle prosecco or other sparkling wine, use 7-up or fizzy water for kids
Instructions
- Puree peaches, water and sugar in a blender or food processor.
- Pour into a champagne glass to about 1/3 full, then top with Proscecco. Stir and serve.
