Peach Blueberry Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk or oat milk, cold, 237 milliliters
  • 1 peach plus additional slices for garnish if desired, fresh, about 200 grams
  • 5 ounces blueberries plus additional berries for garnish if desired, fresh, 140 grams
  • 1/2 cup Greek-style yogurt 120 grams
  • 2 tablespoons honey 40 grams
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup ice 130 grams
  • mint for garnish if desired, fresh

Instructions

  1. Pour the milk into a blender.
  2. Cut the peach in half, remove and discard the pit, and roughly chop. Add to the blender along with the blueberries.
  3. Top with the yogurt, honey, vanilla extract, and finally ice in the blender.
  4. Blend until smooth and creamy, adjusting flavors to taste.
  5. Serve immediately. If desired, garnish with additional peach slices, fresh blueberries, and a sprig of mint.
