  • salt to taste, kosher salt
  • black pepper to taste, kosher salt

Instructions

For salad:

  1. In a large salad bowl add baby arugula and top with sliced red onion, feta cheese, toasted pecans, and sliced peaches.
  2. Drizzle with the desired amount of vinaigrette and toss to combine.

For vinaigrette:
