  • 1 cup green tea chilled
  • 1 peach frozen, heaping cup
  • 1/2 banana frozen
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt plain, non-fat
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup ice use less or omit if you want a thinner less frosty smoothie

  1. Place all of the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
