Ingredients
- 3 peach diced, large
- 1 red onion finely chopped, medium
- 1 jalapeño seeded and minced
- 1/2 cup cilantro chopped, fresh
- lime juice of 1
- 1/4 teaspoon salt sea salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine diced peaches, chopped red onion, minced jalapeño, and chopped cilantro.
- Squeeze the juice of one lime over the mixture. Sprinkle with sea salt and black pepper.
- Gently toss all the ingredients together until well mixed. Adjust seasoning as needed and serve immediately or chill until serving.
