Peach Smoothie

This Peach Smoothie blends peach nectar, frozen peaches and mango, banana, and vanilla Greek yogurt to create a creamy, smooth drink with balanced sweetness and tropical notes. The frozen fruit contributes thickness without needing ice, making it refreshing and naturally chilled.

Description

The smoothie combines peach nectar and slices of banana with frozen peaches and mango, adding vanilla-flavored Greek yogurt to lend creaminess and subtle tang. Blending these ingredients yields a velvety texture that is cold and smooth without dilution from ice.

A fresh peach slice and a sprig of mint can garnish the smoothie for an appealing presentation and fresh aroma. The drink is best consumed immediately to enjoy optimal texture and flavor.

If you have fresh peaches available, freezing them beforehand enhances thickness when blended. Refrigerated leftovers may separate but can be stirred before drinking. Stored in the fridge, it remains good for up to one day.
