Ingredients

Servings
  • 1/2 /2 cup old fashioned oats (+ 1 tablespoon for serving- optional)
  • 1/2 /2 cup milk , coconut milk, or almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup or honey, optional
  • 1/2 /2 peach cut into slices or chopped, or frozen slices, fresh
  • 1 tablespoon heavy whipping cream or coconut cream

Instructions

  1. Stir together the oats, milk, and maple syrup in a jar with a airtight lid. (If using frozen peaches, add the sliced frozen peaches to the top of oat mixture.)Secure the lid and store in the refrigerator overnight (at least 8 hours). When ready to serve, remove the jar from the refrigerator, remove the lid and top the overnight oats with a tablespoon oats, sliced fresh peaches and cream.

Notes

  • Note - If using frozen peaches, add the frozen peaches to the oat mixture before storing in the refrigerator overnight. The peaches will thaw overnight.
  • Keep the overnight oats in the jars with airtight lids in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
  • To warm overnight oats, if desired: If you prefer your overnight oats a little warmer, remove from the refrigerator, remove the lid from the jar, and pop into the microwave for about 30 seconds to warm.
