  • 3 tablespoons peanut butter or 2 tablespoons peanut butter powder

Instructions

  1. Place the frozen banana, milk, yogurt, and peanut butter into a blender.
  2. Blend the ingredients on high speed until the mixture is smooth and creamy. If the smoothie is too thick, add a splash of milk or water.
  3. Pour the smoothie into a glass and enjoy!
