Peanut Butter Blondies

Peanut Butter Blondies combine creamy peanut butter with a balance of brown and granulated sugars to create a rich and chewy treat. The addition of both baking powder and salt helps achieve a tender yet structured texture. Baked in an 8x8 pan, these blondies offer a uniform, soft crumb that holds together well, making them practical for cutting and sharing.

Description

Peanut Butter Blondies mix softened peanut butter and butter with sugars to create a fluffy base, before folding in eggs and vanilla for richness. Flour combined with baking powder and salt adds lift and flavor, resulting in a blondie that is chewy with a slight firmness on the edges. Baking in a square pan ensures even cooking with a golden top and a moist interior.

The balance of peanut butter and sugars offers a sweet, nutty flavor that distinguishes these blondies from more traditional ones. Their texture is dense but tender, suitable for snacking or dessert, and they can be served alone or with additions like ice cream.

For best results, spreading the batter evenly and baking until just set ensures a soft center. Allow to cool completely before cutting to maintain shape.
