Description
The burger features ground beef patties formed and seasoned with salt and black pepper, grilled to a safe internal temperature. Ingredients
- 2 lbs ground beef 85% lean, hamburger beef
- 12 lices Bacon maple flavored
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 6 lices cheddar cheese
- 6 Tablespoons peanut butter creamy
- 6 Hamburger Bun
Instructions
- Cook the bacon until crispy based on your preference. Set aside.
- Preheat a grill over medium heat (approximately 350-400 degrees F).
- Form the ground beef into 6 patties approximately ? pound each.
- Place on the grill over direct heat. Season the patties with salt and pepper.
- Cook for 5-6 minutes per side until the patties reach an internal temperature of 165 degrees F.
- Microwave the peanut butter in a microwave safe bowl on high for 30 seconds.
- Place the hamburger buns on the grill for approximately 1 minute to toast the buns. Remove the buns.
- Top each of the bottom buns with a slice of the cheddar cheese and a cooked burger patty.
- Then spread the warmed peanut butter on top of the patties. Top with 2 slices of the cooked bacon and the topped bun.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
