- ½ cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1 coop whey protein
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp powdered peanut butter
- ¼ tsp vanilla
- 1 egg
- ½ tsp stevia
- 1 tsp Rainbow sprinkles
Instructions
- Mix everything in a mug and stir until incorporated.
- Microwave 2-2 ½ minutes.
