Ingredients

Servings
  • 8 ounces cream cheese room temperature
  • cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 7 ounces marshmallow creme
  • 1 heaping cup thawed Cool Whip or Truwhip

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl with an electric mixer, beat the cream cheese on medium speed for about 3 minutes. Add in powdered sugar, peanut butter, and vanilla and beat for an additional minute or so. Use a rubber spatula to fold in the marshmallow creme. Fold in the Cool Whip until everything is thoroughly combined and no streaks remain. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving. Serve with fresh fruit, graham crackers, pretzels, etc.

Notes

  • Depending on how long you chill the dip before serving, you may need to let it sit at room temperature for a bit before serving to make it more dippable.
