Peanut Butter Energy Balls

Peanut Butter Energy Balls are full of protein, naturally sweetened and take less than 15 minutes to make! A terrifically tasty and healthy snack.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup peanut butter Jif Natural Creamy
  • 1/2 cup strawberry fruit spread Smucker's Fruit & Honey
  • 1/3 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup almonds sliced
  • 1 cup old fashioned oats

Instructions

  1. Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl until well combined.
  2. Cover a baking sheet with wax paper.
  3. Roll mixture into 1-inch balls and place on wax paper.
  4. Cover and freeze until set.
  5. Store in the fridge or freezer in an airtight container.

Notes

  • This recipe makes about 25 balls. You can freeze them ahead of time and then pull them out when you are ready to snack! 
  • Add in dark chocolate chips, chopped peanuts, peanut butter chips, coconut or raisins for alternative flavors. These little bites are easily changed to suit your tastes.
