Peanut Butter Pretzel Bites

Peanut Butter Pretzel Bites are bite-sized balls made from creamy peanut butter mixed with dried milk and sweetener, combined with crushed pretzels for crunch, then coated in a dark chocolate and coconut oil mixture. The bites chill in the freezer until firm, resulting in a sweet, salty, and chocolaty snack with contrast between creamy center and crunchy coating.

Description

This recipe starts by blending creamy peanut butter with non-fat dried milk and a sweetener like Truvia to create a smooth base. Crushed pretzels are folded in for texture, and the mixture is chilled in the freezer to firm up. After portioning into small balls, the bites return to the freezer for further setting.

Dark chocolate chips, melted with coconut oil, form a coating that is used to dip each peanut butter ball before they harden again in the refrigerator. A sprinkle of crushed pretzels on top adds extra crunch and decorative contrast. The final product combines sweet, salty, creamy, and crunchy elements in a convenient size.

The bites can be stored in an airtight container either in the refrigerator or freezer, making them easy to keep ready for snacking. Freezing helps maintain their firmness for a refreshing texture.
