  • 1 cup milk such as Fairlife, fat-free, high protein
  • 4 tablespoons powdered peanut butter such as PB2
  • 2 collagen peptides such as Vital Proteins, measured in scoops
  • 1 vanilla protein powder such as UMP, scoop
  • 1-2 cups ice
  • Pinch xanthan gum

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a high powered blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
