These Peanut Butter Stuffed Dates are stuffed full of creamy peanut butter, and crunchy nuts. Then finished off with a drizzle of chocolate for the ultimate healthy treat.

Ingredients
- Medjool dates
- peanut butter
- peanuts chopped - I use Virginia
- chocolate chips melted (optional)

Instructions
- Slice medjool dates lenghwise without slicing in half and remove the pit
- Chop peanuts
- Place peanut butter in a piping bag or a plastic sandwich bag with the end snipped off
- Pipe peanut butter in the center of the date. Top with chopped peanuts.
- If adding chocolate, melt the chocolate chips in a microwaave in 30 second intervals stirring until the chocolate is creamy. Drizzle over the prepared peanut butter stuffed dates or dip the whole date in the chocolate.
Notes

- I like to use natural creamy peanut butter. However, you can also use crunchy peanut butter if that's your preference. I just recommend that you leave the chopped nuts out if you are using crunchy.
- If you want these dates to taste like healthy Snickers, you can add a small amount of your favorite caramel sauce to them as well.
- Don't worry if you don't have a piping bag you can use a Ziploc bag or a storage bag with the tip cut off to fill the date cavity.
