Peanut Sauce
Description
This Peanut Sauce features a smooth base of creamy natural peanut butter enlivened by the acidity of fresh lime juice and rice vinegar. Sriracha provides a mild spiciness that harmonizes with the sweet notes of maple syrup. Toasted sesame oil lends a subtle nutty flavor, and fresh grated ginger introduces a warm, aromatic freshness. The sauce can be thinned with water to achieve the ideal texture for use as a dipping sauce or as a flavorful dressing for noodles. The balance of sweet, sour, spicy, and nutty elements makes this sauce adaptable to various dishes.
