Description
This cheese ball recipe blends cream cheese with mozzarella, garlic salt, Italian seasoning, and finely chopped pepperoni to create a rich, savory mixture. Rolling the cheese mixture into a ball and coating it with crushed Ritz crackers combined with Parmesan cheese adds a crunchy, salty layer that contrasts with the soft interior. Ingredients
- 1 cream cheese 8oz - Softened, package
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
- 1 tsp garlic salt
- ½ tsp Italian seasoning
- 2 oz pepperoni Chopped into small pieces
- 15 Ritz crackers Chopped
- 1/8 cup Parmesan Cheese grated
Instructions
- In a small bowl combine the cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, chopped pepperoni, garlic salt, Italian seasoning and mix thoroughly.
- Place in the fridge and allow it to harden slightly.
- Mix the crushed Ritz crackers and the Parmesan cheese together. Pour them onto some Saran wrap plastic wrap.
- Place the cheese mixture on top.
- Roll the cream cheese into the shape of a ball and make sure that the cracker mixture cover the ball.
- Serve immediately or place in the fridge until ready to eat.
- Serve with your favorite crackers.
