Chicken

  • 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts (4 portions)
  • 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt Morton Season-All brand
  • vegetable oil
  • 1 cup mushroom canned or jarred, drained, sliced
  • 6 pieces Bacon fried until crisp and cut in half crosswise
  • 3 cups Colby jack cheese shredded
  • 2 teaspoons parsley chopped

Instructions

  1. Blend all the ingredients for the honey mustard sauce until smooth. The corn syrup may be adjusted to your taste. Set aside until needed.
  2. Rub the chicken breasts with seasoned salt and set aside to marinate for 1 hour.
  3. Cook the chicken in a pan over medium heat with just enough oil to prevent sticking. Cook on both sides until the chicken is slightly golden and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F. Remove the chicken from the pan.
