Perfect Steak Chili
Description
This Perfect Steak Chili recipe combines ground beef and diced sirloin steak cooked together to form a meaty base. Onions and bell peppers are softened with a blend of cumin, paprika, smoked paprika, chili powder, and cayenne pepper, bringing smoky warmth and subtle heat. Garlic and jalapenos add pungency and spice, complementing the tomato and green chile components.
The dish is simmered with canned diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, kidney beans, and beef-flavored bouillon dissolved in water, building a thick and satisfying chili. A bay leaf steeps during cooking, enriching the depth of flavor. The result is a thick, hearty chili with tender meat pieces and softened vegetables.
Perfect Steak Chili suits cold weather meals or any occasion needing a filling stew. It can be served with bread, rice, or toppings like sour cream and cheese for added richness.
