Persimmon puree is really thick and smooth, has a beautiful bright orange hue, is sweet and is perfect for one of baby's first foods.

  1. Peel the skin off the persimmons and cut into cubes.
  2. Place the cut persimmon into a food processor and puree until smooth.
  3. Serve.
