Ingredients
- 1 persimmon peeled and sliced, ripe
- 1 watercress leaves picked off a few stems, bunch
- 1/4 cup walnuts
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp whiskey optional use water in lieu
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
- 50 grams goat cheese crumbled
- 2 pieces prosciutto
- 1/4 olive oil
- 2 tbsp champagne vinegar white wine vinegar will work also
- salt
- black pepper
