  • 1 green bell pepper sliced
  • 1 red bell pepper sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce 
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 oz cream cheese softened
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 cup shredded Provolone cheese
  • 1 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Step 1: Preheat Oven – Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  2. Step 2: Cook Beef – Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook ground beef or steak until browned, then drain excess grease.
  3. Step 3: Sauté Veggies – In the same skillet, cook onions, bell peppers, and garlic until soft. Stir in Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Step 4: Mix & Assemble – In a bowl, combine cooked beef, sautéed veggies, cream cheese, heavy cream, and Italian seasoning. Transfer to the baking dish.
  5. Step 5: Add Cheese & Bake – Sprinkle provolone and mozzarella cheese on top. Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden.
