Pico de Gallo (Fresh Salsa)

- 2 medium tomatoes seeded and diced
- 1/2 cup white onion diced
- 1/3 cup cilantro chopped
- 1 small pepper jalapeño diced
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- Juice of 1 small lime
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients in a medium bowl. Taste and add additional salt or peppers as desired.
