  • 10 lices bread we like Sarah Lee Artesano
  • 10 lices Bacon thick cut, peppered
  • 10 romaine lettuce leaves
  • 2 tomato or other good quality tomato, sliced, heirloom

Instructions

  1. Cook bacon. Add to a skillet over low heat and cook, turning often, until crisp on both sides. Remove to a paper towel lined plate.
  2. Assemble: Toast bread until golden. Spread bread slices with a layer of pimento cheese. Top with bacon, lettuce and tomato and apply top slice of bread to make a sandwich.
