Description
This spread mixes shredded sharp cheddar cheese with softened cream cheese and mayonnaise to create a creamy base. Chopped, drained, and dried pimento peppers add color and a mild pepper flavor. Garlic powder and kosher salt season the mixture. The ingredients are combined in a food processor and pulsed until fully blended but still retaining some texture.

Ingredients
- 2 cups cheddar cheese shredded, sharp
- 8 ounces cream cheese , softened
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup pimento pepper drained and dried, chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
Instructions
