Ingredients
- 8 ounces cream of coconut I used Coco Lopez
- 4 ounces pineapple juice
- 2 cups ice
- 2 cups pineapple frozen chunks
Instructions
- In a blender add cream of coconut, pineapple juice, ice, and pineapple chunks. Blend until smooth and creamy.

- *Alcohol optional 1/4 cup rum
