Pineapple Avocado Green Smoothie

This Pineapple Avocado Green Smoothie blends ripe avocado, spinach, frozen pineapple chunks, and water into a creamy green drink with mild sweetness. Honey or agave is added to taste, providing a natural sweetener. The smoothie has a smooth texture and fresh, tropical flavor suitable for a nutritious beverage or snack.

Description

The smoothie combines half an avocado, peeled and pitted, with two cups of spinach and two cups of frozen pineapple chunks. Starting with water in the blender allows for smoother blending of the dense and leafy ingredients. Frozen pineapple adds coldness and natural sweetness, balancing the creamy avocado and earthy spinach. Blending until smooth followed by adding honey or agave ensures the sweetness is adjusted as desired.

This drink offers a thick, creamy texture from the avocado, joined by bright tropical notes from the pineapple and a fresh green color from the spinach. It can be served immediately for a refreshing snack or light meal component.

The sequence of blending ingredients, beginning with liquids and soft items and finishing with frozen pieces, helps achieve an even consistency.
